Alicia is the first person you see when you walk into VK’s Talent, Image & Modeling. She not only assists in helping aspiring new talent, but also is a talent herself.

“I have worked in the business since I was sixteen and know the passion of fulfilling dreams and the disappointment of being taken advantage of by scams and unethical practices. For twelve years now, Alicia has been a working model and actress. She has been featured in many regional and national commercials, calendars, catalogs, television shows, and recent film work of Sin City and Revolver starring Sarah Michelle Gellar.

Ashley grew up in Midland, TX and moved to Belton in 2001 to attend the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. She was involved with local theater in Midland, and continued her actress training upon moving to Central Texas. She has landed several roles in Independent films, has done work in runway and loves doing promotional work.

Kim now lives in Florida where she gave birth to her first child. Kaleia Kim Mimi Chipman came into the world on Wednesday, September 29, 2004.

Kim, one of our Professional Instructors, always knew she wanted to be in the entertainment industry. But was a painfully shy child and teenager, so she never pursued anything that would get her noticed.

By the time she was thirteen she had already reached her adult height of 5’11. One day while on her way to work, she was stopped by a Modeling Scout from the famed Ford Modeling Agency in New York. Although unable to go to New York at the time, this meeting gave her the confidence needed to go out and try her hand at modeling. She soon found herself walking the runways in Los Angeles with her long time love (Now husband) Dave Chipman by her side.

Since then she has appeared in countless fashion shows, TV Commercials, a featured film, catalog print work, and swimsuit covers and calendars.

“My goal is to help young women learn the tools you need to work in the business and be successful at it. Success very rarely happens overnight. Usually it takes years of practice and yes even rejection to get anywhere in this business. But, if you persevere and don’t get caught up in the hype of the business, you will succeed.”
