This special class is for actors who are serous about advancing their skills and want to do it in a fun, energetic environment.  This class will help to further develop:
Your creativity and moment to moment instincts
Stronger performing and speaking skills

A better understanding of the dynamics of scenes that you create

This game-based improvisation class is designed to train students to react without thinking.  This class will teach you how to act from the gut, listening to your initial instincts, and reacting intelligently to any given set of circumstances.  This class helps you to “get out of your head” allowing for more freedom of expression and response.  (It will also help you feel more comfortable being in front of a crowd!)

You will become instinctually more open, both physically and mentally.  Whether you are a seasoned performer or just getting started, Improv is a wonderful tool to add to your bag of tricks as an actor, as many auditions request you to think on your feet, asking you to make quick, smart, bold choices on a dime.  If you’ve ever seen “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” then you’ve seen the types of improv games that you’ll be playing.
